Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by Dr Wrinkle-less, operated by Dr Ming.
1. Medical Disclaimer & Suitability
1.1 All aesthetic treatments provided by Dr Wrinkle-less are medical procedures that carry inherent risks.
1.2 We provide treatments only to clients who are medically suitable candidates. The final decision regarding suitability for any treatment rests with Dr Ming.
1.3 Certain medical conditions, medications, and lifestyle factors may contraindicate treatment. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical information during your consultation.
1.4 We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any client at our discretion, particularly if we believe the treatment may pose a health risk or is unlikely to achieve the desired results.
1.5 The information on our website is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for specific medical conditions.
2. Informed Consent
2.1 Before any treatment, you will be required to sign an informed consent form in person at our office.
2.2 The consent form outlines the procedure, potential risks, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions.
2.3 By signing the consent form, you acknowledge that you understand:

2.4 You have the right to ask questions and receive answers about your treatment before proceeding.
3. Cancellations and No Shows
3.1 For Treatment Appointments:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment:

£30 deposit for all treatments

£50 deposit for Sculptra treatments

You may cancel your appointment at any time; however, your deposit will not be refunded regardless of when you cancel

Appointments can be rescheduled, with your deposit applied to the rescheduled appointment

If you fail to attend your appointment ("no show"), your deposit will be forfeited
3.2 For Free Consultation Appointments:

While consultations are offered free of charge, a £10 fee applies for missed consultation appointments or consultation cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance

This fee will be added to your account and must be paid before booking future appointments
4. Refunds
4.1 Once a treatment has been administered, no refunds will be provided.
4.2 No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction with treatment results.
4.3 In the event that we cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded or, at your option, applied to a rescheduled appointment.
4.4 Deposits are non-transferable to other individuals.
5. Results and Follow-ups
5.1 Aesthetic treatment results vary between individuals. No specific results can be guaranteed.
5.2 Follow-up appointments are advised after consultation and treatment.
5.3 It is your responsibility to schedule and attend any recommended follow-up appointments.
5.4 Failure to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions may negatively affect your results. We accept no liability for compromised results due to non-compliance with instructions.
5.5 If you experience any unexpected side effects or complications, you must contact us immediately.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Payments can be made via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal
6.2 Treatment deposits must be paid at the time of booking.
6.3 The remaining balance is payable in person before the treatment.
6.4 All prices are subject to change. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
7.1 We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7.2 Any photographs taken as part of your treatment will only be used with your explicit written consent, which will be obtained in our office.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
8.1 If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please raise your concerns with Dr Ming directly.
8.2 We take all complaints seriously and will respond within 28 days.
8.3 We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes amicably.
8.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Our liability for any direct losses arising from our negligence is limited to the amount paid for the treatment in question.
9.2 We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses.
9.3 Nothing in these terms seeks to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.2 Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
10.3 Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
